Will we ever see large events again?

AS we reminise the days of going to a festival; you have to stop and wonder.  Will we ever see those days again.  Enjoying the different foods, shopping at outdoor marketplaces.  Just being around people having a good time.  Enjoying live outdoor entertainment.
